Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all procurement processes, including source selection, vendor contract negotiations, and pricing.
2. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies and procedures.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
4. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
5. Analyze and research the market to identify cost savings opportunities.
6. Monitor and report on procurement activities and progress.
7. Prepare and submit reports and documents related to procurement activities.
8. Maintain up-to-date procurement records and documents.
9. Provide guidance and support to other departments on procurement-related matters.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
