Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures that adhere to financial regulations.
- Evaluate supplier contracts and analyze pricing information to identify savings opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure that all contracts meet organizational standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with organizational requirements.
- Track and report on procurement activities, including spending analysis, cost savings, and compliance with regulations.
- Research new suppliers and recommend potential sources of supply.
- Maintain and update procurement records, including supplier information and contract details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement needs are met.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organization policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
