Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures that adhere to financial regulations.
  2. Evaluate supplier contracts and analyze pricing information to identify savings opportunities.
  3. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure that all contracts meet organizational standards.
  4. Monitor supplier performance and ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with organizational requirements.
  5. Track and report on procurement activities, including spending analysis, cost savings, and compliance with regulations.
  6. Research new suppliers and recommend potential sources of supply.
  7. Maintain and update procurement records, including supplier information and contract details.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement needs are met.
  9. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organization policies.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
