- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that privilege access management practices align with overall cybersecurity and cloud technology strategies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of privilege access controls and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training programs for privilege access management procedures.

Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Cloud Technologies: The Privilege Access Lead At Metlife Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Cloud Technologies, Including But Not Limited To Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud Platform. They Should Also Have Hands-On Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Managing Cloud-Based Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Identity And Access Management: As A Privilege Access Lead, The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Identity And Access Management Principles, Including Authentication, Authorization, And Privilege Escalation. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing Identity And Access Management Solutions In A Cloud Environment.
Proven Track Record In Managing Privileged Access: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Track Record Of Managing Privileged Access In A Large-Scale, Complex Cloud Environment. They Should Have Experience In Implementing And Maintaining Privileged Access Management Solutions And Enforcing Security Controls To Mitigate Risks.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: The Privilege Access Lead Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Including Developers, System Administrators, And Security Teams.
