- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention for MetLife's products and services.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on key metrics and performance indicators to track the success of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and make recommendations for innovation and improvement.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external digital marketing partners and vendors.
- Lead the development and execution of customer engagement programs, including email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.

- Develop and manage the budget for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Continuously monitor and optimize digital marketing efforts to improve customer engagement and drive business results.
- Train and educate team members on digital marketing strategies and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization on digital customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain digital marketing tools and technologies.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges related to digital marketing efforts, and proactively implement solutions.
- Uphold and promote MetLife's brand and values through all digital marketing efforts.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Customer Engagement, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Executing Digital Marketing Strategies To Drive Customer Acquisition, Engagement, And Retention.
Strong Knowledge Of Digital Marketing Channels, Including Email, Social Media, And Mobile Platforms.
Familiarity With Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Systems And Data Analytics Tools To Track And Measure Campaign Effectiveness And Customer Behavior.
