Performance Analyst - Investments

- Conduct thorough analysis of investments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with investment team to develop and implement strategies to improve investment performance
- Monitor and track investment performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management
- Use financial models and tools to evaluate investment options and make data-driven recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to inform investment decisions
- Identify and address any discrepancies or issues in investment data, working with relevant teams to resolve them
- Communicate investment performance and strategy updates to internal stakeholders and external clients
- Continuously evaluate and improve investment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines and ensure proper documentation of investment decisions
- Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and accounting, to ensure alignment and accuracy of investment data and performance reporting.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Investment Analysis, Preferably Within The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data.
Knowledge Of Various Investment Products And Strategies, Including Fixed Income, Equities, And Alternative Investments.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Investment Recommendations And Insights To Stakeholders At All Levels.
