
Pension Administrator

We are seeking an individual who is organized, experienced in pension administration, and passionate about the retirement security of our clients.The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and customer-focused skills as well as a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations. To be successful in this role, you should also be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines. If you’re an experienced professional with a passion for retirement planning, we’d like to meet you.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field• At least 3 years of experience in pension administration• Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Responsibilities: • Develop and implement pension plans for clients • Maintain and update records and database of pension plans • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in pension plans • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Prepare reports on pension plan performance • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of pension plans • Oversee the implementation of pension plan changes • Monitor employee contributions and distributions • Assist in the development of pension plan strategies and solutions • Train and mentor junior staff on pension plan administration
