Job Description

At MetLife, we are looking for an experienced Pension Administrator to join our team and help us provide excellent customer service to our clients. As a Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our pension plans and ensuring that they are administered in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws and regulations.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in pension administration, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a strong knowledge of pension plan operations and regulatory requirements. They should also have excellent customer service skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments to ensure that the pension plan is administered according to our standards.We are looking for a Pension Administrator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the pension plans in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Ensure customer service excellence.
  3. Maintain records and prepare reports related to pension plans.
  4. Provide guidance and support to other departments regarding pension plan operations.
  5. Ensure pension plan is administered according to MetLife standards.
  6. Monitor and review pension plan operations for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  7. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to pension plans.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  9. Keep up to date with changes and developments in the pension administration field.
  10. Work with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of pension plans.
