As the Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective management of pension plans. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, an aptitude for problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer service. To be successful in this role, you should have experience working with pension plans, including 401(k)s, and a strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Manage pension plans in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate service.
- Analyze data and create reports on pension plans for management review.
- Process pension plan documents such as enrollment forms and disbursement requests.
- Track and monitor pension contributions and investments.
- Maintain accurate records of pension plan documents.
- Monitor changes in pension plan regulations and ensure compliance.
- Assist with the preparation of materials for meetings and presentations.
- Communicate pension plan information to participants and answer any questions they may have.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
