An Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:
- Administer pension plans in accordance with plan documents, applicable regulations, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all plan activities.
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and review all plan documents for compliance.
- Prepare and file all necessary reports to relevant government agencies.
- Provide support to clients for any issues or questions related to their pension plans.
- Assist with benefit calculations and related calculations, as needed.
- Assist with the implementation of new pension plans and programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other parties involved in pension administration.
- Ensure that all pension plans are administered in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
