Job Description

You will be responsible for providing support to our Retirement Plans clients by ensuring their pension plans are administered in accordance with plan documents, applicable regulations, and company procedures. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of pension administration. An Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:

  1. Administer pension plans in accordance with plan documents, applicable regulations, and company procedures.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all plan activities.
  3. Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Monitor and review all plan documents for compliance.
  5. Prepare and file all necessary reports to relevant government agencies.
  6. Provide support to clients for any issues or questions related to their pension plans.
  7. Assist with benefit calculations and related calculations, as needed.
  8. Assist with the implementation of new pension plans and programs.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other parties involved in pension administration.
  10. Ensure that all pension plans are administered in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Pension Administrator in Dallas, TX, USA is $43,500 to $59,000 per year. This range does not include any bonuses or other incentives.
