- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer analytics and insights.
- Manage a team of analysts and provide guidance and support to drive results.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of customer insights and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy policies.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization.
- Conduct training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Marketing, Economics, Or Statistics.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Customer Insights And Analytics, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Analytical And Data Interpretation Skills, With Proficiency In Tools Such As Sas, Sql, R, Or Python.
Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Leading A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Knowledge Of Market Research Methodologies, Customer Segmentation, And Predictive Modeling Techniques.
