Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Insights And Analytics, Preferably In A Similar Role Within The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Or Business Analytics.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With Proficiency In Data Manipulation And Statistical Tools Such As Sql, Sas, Or R.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Customer Segmentation Strategies, Predictive Models, And Other Analytical Techniques To Drive Business Growth And Improve Customer Experience.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Insights And Recommendations To Key Stakeholders And Senior Management.
