- Analyze customer data and provide valuable insights to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to better understand customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and retention.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
- Develop and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of customer strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies for data collection, management, and analysis.
- Train and mentor team members on data analytics tools and techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in customer analytics to continuously improve processes and strategies.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Insights And Analytics, Preferably In A Similar Role Within The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Or Business Analytics.
Strong Analytical Skills With Proficiency In Data Manipulation And Statistical Tools Such As Sql, Sas, Or R.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Customer Segmentation Strategies, Predictive Models, And Other Analytical Techniques To Drive Business Growth And Improve Customer Experience.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Insights And Recommendations To Key Stakeholders And Senior Management.
