  4. Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to improve business growth and retention.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

  8. Regularly communicate with senior management and provide updates on business growth and retention strategies.
