Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and services on a variety of matters to internal and external stakeholders.
2. Analyze existing laws and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Draft and negotiate legal documents, such as contracts, licenses, and agreements, in accordance with company policies.
4. Monitor legal developments and advise management of potential legal risks.
5. Advise on corporate governance matters, such as board of director meetings and shareholder agreements.
6. Represent the company in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
7. Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Maintain current knowledge of legal trends and best practices in the legal industry.
9. Provide training to new employees on legal policies and procedures.
10. Assist with the preparation and filing of regulatory documents, such as SEC filings.
