We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Auditor - Insurance to join MetLife and lead our team of auditors in providing assurance to stakeholders. This role requires an individual with strong technical and interpersonal skills who can oversee the audit process and help MetLife ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in auditing insurance companies, preferably within the Life Insurance industry. They must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and have a strong understanding of the principles of insurance, financial services, and risk management.
