- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Southeast region.
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve business goals.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the Southeast market to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Represent MetLife in a professional and knowledgeable manner at industry events and conferences.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and execute long-term business strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide regular updates on business performance.
- Continuously analyze and review market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for MetLife, promoting our values and commitment to excellence in all interactions with clients and partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management In The Insurance Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Portfolio Of Accounts In The Southeast Region.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Build Relationships With Clients.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Mentor And Guide A Team Of Account Managers In The Southeast Region.
