
Lead Account Manager - Northeast

- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue within the Northeast region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all their needs.
- Lead a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and underwriting, to develop and execute effective sales plans for key accounts.
- Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform business strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Train and mentor new account managers, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
- Represent MetLife at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting our brand to potential clients.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and enhance the overall client experience.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, account management activities, and market trends.
- Act as a brand ambassador for MetLife, promoting our values and mission to clients and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Account Management Or Sales, Preferably In The Insurance Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Services, Particularly In The Northeast Region
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
