Job Description

MetLife is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical and research skills, and the ability to think strategically. Our ideal Investment Analyst will be a self-starter who can quickly understand complex financial concepts and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations.We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field and at least three years of experience in an investment-related role. This person must possess strong quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will have an understanding of markets and financial products, as well as the ability to identify and analyze opportunities and make strategic decisions.The Investment Analyst will be a key member of our team and will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring investments, creating financial models, and providing recommendations on investments and asset allocations. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop financial models and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations
  2. Monitor investments and asset allocations
  3. Research and evaluate potential investments
  4. Provide strategic guidance and advice on investments
  5. Develop reports and presentations for senior management
  6. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of strategies
  7. Prepare financial and investment analysis reports
  8. Liaise with external clients and maintain relationships with brokers, bankers and other industry professionals
  9. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments
  10. Maintain records of investments and transactions
