Responsibilities:

7. Process insurance applications, renewals, and other transactions.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.
9. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
10. Recommend and implement strategies for customer retention and growth.
