Job Description

MetLife is looking for a highly motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for advising customers on the appropriate insurance products and services to meet their individual needs. You will be a valued partner in helping our customers secure their financial future.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and financial services, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.   1. Provide customers with individualized advice on insurance products and services to meet their needs.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of insurance and financial services.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
  4. Educate customers on the benefits and features of insurance products and services.
  5. Process insurance applications and ensure accuracy of information.
  6. Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payment of premiums.
  7. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Maintain accurate records of customer information.
  9. Identify and recommend areas for improvement in customer service processes.
  10. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
