  1. Develop and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives and drive overall success for MetLife.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for technology solutions.
  3. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in HR technology to continuously improve and enhance MetLife's technology capabilities.
  5. Lead the design and architecture of complex systems and processes, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  6. Evaluate and select technology solutions that best fit the needs of the organization, considering factors such as cost, compatibility, and usability.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, requirements, and user guides.
  8. Partner with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of HR technology solutions.
  9. Provide guidance and support to end-users on utilizing HR technology systems and resolving technical issues.
  10. Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of HR technology systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize performance.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and manage relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective technology solutions.
  12. Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to HR technology and ensure that all systems and processes are in compliance.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall capabilities of the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Technology And Business Solutions Architecture.

  • Proficiency In Enterprise-Level Hr Systems Such As Workday, Sap, Oracle, Or Peoplesoft.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices, Including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Learning And Development.

  • Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Hr Technology Solutions To Meet Business Needs And Improve Efficiency.
