- Communicate pricing recommendations and rationale to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing employee benefits products and make adjustments to pricing as needed.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to pricing.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in employee benefits pricing and make recommendations for mitigation or optimization.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of pricing decisions and processes.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members on pricing-related matters.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline pricing processes and procedures.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and industry partners.
- Adhere to company values and ethics, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Insurance Underwriting Or Benefit Pricing.
Strong Analytical And Mathematical Skills.
