  1. Conduct thorough analysis of employee benefits products to determine appropriate pricing strategies.
  2. Utilize knowledge of insurance industry trends and market conditions to make informed pricing decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and data for pricing evaluations.
  4. Communicate pricing recommendations and rationale to senior management and other stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing employee benefits products and make adjustments to pricing as needed.
  6. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to pricing.
  7. Identify potential risks and opportunities in employee benefits pricing and make recommendations for mitigation or optimization.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of pricing decisions and processes.
  9. Provide support and guidance to other team members on pricing-related matters.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline pricing processes and procedures.
  11. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and industry partners.
  12. Adhere to company values and ethics, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
