As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire eDiscovery process, from data collection to production, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.   1. Oversee the entire eDiscovery process for legal cases, including data collection, review, and production.
  2. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to eDiscovery.
  3. Collaborate with legal teams to understand the scope and needs of each case and develop an appropriate eDiscovery strategy.
  4. Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers involved in the eDiscovery process.
  5. Utilize eDiscovery software and tools to organize and manage large volumes of electronic data.
  6. Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of all eDiscovery materials.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on the eDiscovery process and address any issues or concerns.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the eDiscovery process to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  9. Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in eDiscovery technology.
  10. Train and educate colleagues on eDiscovery best practices and procedures.
  11. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any potential issues or roadblocks in the eDiscovery process.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and security of all eDiscovery materials and information.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the eDiscovery process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Meet deadlines and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Or Information Technology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ediscovery, Litigation Support, Or Project Management.

  • Knowledge Of Ediscovery Software And Tools, Such As Relativity, Concordance, And Casemap.

  • Familiarity With Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Ediscovery, Including Privacy Laws And Data Protection Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders Simultaneously.
