Job Description

MetLife is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Disability Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing specialized professional support services to clients with disabilities.The ideal candidate for this position will be a compassionate individual who is passionate about helping people with disabilities. You should have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think critically. Additionally, you will need to possess a valid state license to practice as a disability consultant.If you are looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities: -Provide specialized professional support services to clients with disabilities -Ensure clients receive the best possible care and results -Develop individualized plans to support clients with disabilities -Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients’ abilities and needs -Advocate for clients and ensure their rights are protected -Educate clients and their families about their rights and available resources -Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care -Stay up to date on applicable laws and regulations -Maintain accurate records and reports -Respond to inquiries from clients, their families, and other stakeholders
