Responsibilities: -Provide specialized professional support services to clients with disabilities -Ensure clients receive the best possible care and results -Develop individualized plans to support clients with disabilities -Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients’ abilities and needs -Advocate for clients and ensure their rights are protected -Educate clients and their families about their rights and available resources -Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care -Stay up to date on applicable laws and regulations -Maintain accurate records and reports -Respond to inquiries from clients, their families, and other stakeholders
