Director - US Strategy

MetLife is looking for an experienced and dynamic Director – US Strategy to join our team. As part of our US Strategy team, the Director will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our business, and will be a key leader in helping us to achieve our goals.The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, business planning, and/or management consulting in a large, complex organization. They should be an excellent communicator and have the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of corporate strategy and business plans for US operations
2. Work with senior leadership to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives
3. Create and present clear and concise presentations of complex information to key stakeholders
4. Analyze and interpret data to identify gaps and develop insights to support decision-making
5. Develop and manage project plans to support successful execution of strategic initiatives
6. Establish effective relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners
7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MetLife’s competitive landscape and markets
8. Monitor and report on progress of strategic initiatives and provide updates to senior leadership
9. Provide team leadership and mentor junior members of the team
