- Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives that align with MetLife's business objectives.
- Create and maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment by implementing programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Partner with business leaders to provide expert guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Collaborate with other HR leaders to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the employee experience and drive employee engagement.
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services and support to the organization.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively recommend new initiatives to continuously improve the HR function.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop HR solutions that support business growth.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and employees on all HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for key roles within the organization.
- Act as a change agent by driving organizational change and supporting the implementation of new initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and streamline HR operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Strategic Role.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Best Practices, Employment Laws, And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies To Support Business Objectives And Drive Organizational Growth.
