  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for HCM consulting services, in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on human capital management strategies, including but not limited to talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
  3. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance and improve our HCM consulting services.
  4. Lead and manage a team of HCM consultants, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and innovation within the HCM consulting business.
  6. Serve as a key point of contact for client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  7. Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and develop customized solutions to address client needs and challenges.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success of HCM consulting services and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Stay informed on changes in laws and regulations related to HR and employee benefits, and ensure compliance in all HCM consulting activities.
  10. Participate in business development activities, such as proposal writing and presentations, to help grow the HCM consulting business.
  11. Represent MetLife as a thought leader in the field of HCM consulting, through speaking engagements, publications, and networking events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Human Capital Management Consulting, With A Focus On Large Organizations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Technology And Systems, Including Cloud-Based Solutions And Analytics.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Hr Transformation Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders At All Levels.
