Extensive Experience In Project Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Global Projects. This Should Include Experience In Managing Large, Complex Projects With Cross-Functional Teams.
Global Mindset And Cross-Cultural Competence: Metlife Is A Multinational Company With Operations In Various Countries, And The Director Of Global Project Management Should Have A Global Mindset And Be Culturally Sensitive. They Should Have Experience In Working With Diverse Teams And Managing Projects In Different Countries.
