- Develop and implement comprehensive DEI strategies that align with MetLife's overall goals and values.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive DEI initiatives and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion throughout the organization.
- Conduct research and stay informed on current trends and best practices in DEI to continuously evolve and improve MetLife's approach.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels to enhance understanding and commitment to DEI principles.
- Establish metrics and track progress to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for DEI, both internally and externally, by representing MetLife at conferences, events, and other forums.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure DEI is integrated into all aspects of the employee experience, including recruitment, retention, and performance management.
- Develop partnerships with external organizations and community groups to further MetLife's DEI efforts and promote diversity and inclusion in the broader community.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees to address and resolve any DEI-related concerns or issues.
- Continuously evaluate and improve DEI policies, procedures, and practices to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion (Dei) Strategies In A Corporate Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Current Dei Trends And Best Practices, As Well As Experience Working With Diverse Employee Groups.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Integrating Dei Principles Into Business Operations And Driving Measurable Results.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Experience In Creating And Delivering Dei Training And Educational Programs For Employees, Managers, And Executives.
