MetLife is seeking a Director of Customer Insights for our Retirement and Income Solutions (RIS) division. As the Director of Customer Insights, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by leveraging data and insights to inform customer-centric strategies.   1. Develop and implement customer insights strategy for the Retirement and Income Solutions division at MetLife.
  2. Utilize market research and data analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  3. Lead the collection and analysis of customer data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer-focused initiatives.
  5. Translate complex data and insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer behavior and satisfaction.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer insights and market research.
  8. Manage a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights and reports.
  9. Partner with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners and vendors.
  11. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve customer insights processes and methodologies.
  13. Foster a customer-centric culture and mindset within the RIS division.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in customer insights.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on customer insights and provide guidance and support to other teams within MetLife.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Market Research Or Customer Insights Field, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Customer Insights Strategies That Have Resulted In Business Growth And Improved Customer Satisfaction.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data To Identify Key Insights And Trends.

  • Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, With A Focus On Fostering A Collaborative And Innovative Work Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Insights And Recommendations To Senior Leadership And Stakeholders.
