- Implement strategies to retain current network providers and attract new providers to the network.
- Monitor provider performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network retention initiatives.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for network growth and improvement.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to negotiate contracts and rates with network providers.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by network providers.
- Conduct regular site visits to network providers to assess quality of care and address any concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and competition.
- Provide exceptional customer service to network providers and members.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of network retention strategies.
- Develop and deliver presentations to network providers and internal teams.
- Monitor and manage network retention budget.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of network retention efforts.
- Act as a subject matter expert on dental insurance industry and network management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Retention Or Account Management In The Dental Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Dental Insurance And Network Management.
