  1. Develop and maintain relationships with dental network providers to ensure high quality care for members.
  2. Implement strategies to retain current network providers and attract new providers to the network.
  3. Monitor provider performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network retention initiatives.
  5. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for network growth and improvement.
  6. Utilize strong negotiation skills to negotiate contracts and rates with network providers.
  7. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by network providers.
  8. Conduct regular site visits to network providers to assess quality of care and address any concerns.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and competition.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to network providers and members.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of network retention strategies.
  12. Develop and deliver presentations to network providers and internal teams.
  13. Monitor and manage network retention budget.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of network retention efforts.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on dental insurance industry and network management.

Job Qualifications
