Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Operations Consultant to join our RIS Strategy team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to support the development and implementation of our RIS (retail investment services) strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving business success through data-driven decisions.   1. Analyze Data: Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform the development and implementation of the RIS strategy.
  2. Provide Insights: Utilize data analysis to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support the RIS strategy, including identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  3. Support Strategy Development: Collaborate with the RIS Strategy team to develop and refine the overall strategy, leveraging data to drive decision making and ensure alignment with company goals.
  4. Identify Areas for Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate data to identify areas for improvement and potential opportunities for optimization within the RIS strategy.
  5. Problem-Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges and roadblocks in the RIS strategy, proposing data-driven solutions to drive business success.
  6. Data Management: Manage and maintain data integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all analysis and reporting.
  7. Communicate Findings: Effectively communicate data findings and insights to cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to inform decision making and drive action.
  8. Stay Current on Industry Trends: Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and use this knowledge to inform and improve the RIS strategy.
  9. Drive Business Success: Play a key role in driving business success by leveraging data to make informed decisions and support the growth and development of the RIS strategy.
  10. Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with the RIS Strategy team and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of data analysis in the overall business strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Or Business Analytics.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Operations And/Or Data Management, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Technical Skills In Data Analysis, Database Management, And Data Visualization Tools Such As Sql, Python, Tableau, Etc.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Data Strategies, Identifying Data Trends, And Creating Data-Driven Solutions To Address Business Challenges.
