They must be able to take initiative and have a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, with an understanding of customer service best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, and be tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new technologies.This is an opportunity for an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to make a lasting difference in the lives of MetLife’s customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to MetLife's customers in a timely and friendly manner.
  2. Troubleshoot customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
  3. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain accurate customer records.
  4. Follow up with customers to ensure a satisfactory resolution to their inquiries.
  5. Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate departments.
  6. Quickly learn and navigate new technologies.
  7. Remain up-to-date on MetLife policies and procedures.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to the customer service process.
