  1. Develop and maintain an effective and efficient source to pay governance framework for MetLife, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of source to pay processes, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining processes as necessary.
  3. Monitor and analyze data related to source to pay processes, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement and cost savings.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in source to pay processes across the organization.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on source to pay governance and compliance.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to source to pay governance.
  7. Lead and participate in projects related to source to pay process improvement and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Sourcing, Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Source-To-Pay Governance Strategies.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues.
