  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  2. Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business performance and drive growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
  4. Create and maintain data models and dashboards to track key metrics and present findings to stakeholders.
  5. Communicate complex analytical concepts and findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  7. Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather and integrate data from various sources for analysis.
  8. Identify areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
  10. Adhere to confidentiality and data privacy policies while handling sensitive information.
  11. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data analysis and reporting.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.
  13. Participate in meetings, presentations, and workshops to share insights and progress with key stakeholders.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve data analysis processes and techniques to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Data Manipulation And Visualization Tools, Such As Sql, Tableau, And Power Bi.

  • Experience In Designing And Implementing Predictive Models And Statistical Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
