Compliance Officer

In this role, you will ensure the organization is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, in addition to providing guidance and support to employees and business units.The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of three years' experience in a compliance role. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and industry standards; possess excellent communication and organizational skills; and demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
2. Provide guidance and support to employees and business units regarding compliance matters.
3. Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
4. Prepare and maintain records for compliance reviews and audits.
5. Identify compliance risks and develop strategies to address them.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards.
7. Conduct staff training on compliance policies and procedures.
8. Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
9. Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and other external bodies.
10. Stay current on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards.
