Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure MetLife is in line with all relevant laws and regulations.
2. Monitor and assess compliance issues and resolve complex compliance problems in a timely manner.
3. Investigate and document potential violations of laws and regulations.
4. Keep abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
5. Manage multiple projects and tasks with tight deadlines.
6. Provide sound and timely advice and guidance to management and internal teams on compliance matters.
7. Lead training sessions on compliance policies and procedures.
8. Prepare and present reports on compliance audits and other compliance activities.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory bodies.
10. Ensure all compliance activities meet relevant standards.
