Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies that promote a culture of compliance throughout the company.
2. Monitor and analyze changes in the legal and regulatory environment, and adjust company policies and procedures accordingly.
3. Create and maintain a system for tracking and reporting compliance-related activities throughout the company.
4. Train and educate staff on compliance issues and procedures.
5. Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
6. Develop and maintain communication channels with regulatory agencies and government bodies.
7. Work closely with internal stakeholders to assess and mitigate compliance risks.
8. Review and approve contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
9. Investigate and respond to compliance-related complaints and inquiries.
10. Prepare reports and presentations on compliance-related topics.
