
Compensation Analyst - Global Comp & Benefits

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Compensation Analyst to join our Global Comp & Benefits team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in compensation and benefits and possess a strong understanding of the principles of compensation and benefits.In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs. You will analyze, develop, and maintain competitive compensation programs that meet the objectives of MetLife’s business and workforce. You will also provide guidance and support to other HR team members and business leaders on the interpretation, analysis, and application of compensation and benefits policies and programs.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits. You should also have excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Above all, you should be passionate about helping MetLife create and maintain a fair and competitive compensation and benefits program.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs that meet MetLife’s business and workforce objectives.
- Analyze and interpret compensation and benefits policies and programs.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members and business leaders on the application of compensation and benefits programs.
- Monitor and review compensation and benefits programs to ensure they remain competitive and fair.
- Collaborate with other departments to create and implement new compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Lead the education and communication of compensation and benefits programs to employees.
- Generate reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
