  10. Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using company systems.
  11. Continuously strive to improve and expand product knowledge to effectively sell MetLife's offerings.
  12. Represent MetLife in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products and services to clients.
  14. Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  15. Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and communication skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Sales Or Business Development.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Insurance Industry, Particularly In The Commercial Sector.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Partners.
