  9. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and sales targets.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline processes to enhance the client experience.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to the role.
  13. Uphold the company's values and represent the brand positively in all client interactions.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and underwriting, to ensure a smooth and efficient client onboarding process.
