Responsibilities of a Claims Processor:

1. Review and process insurance claims according to applicable insurance regulations.
2. Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with customers.
3. Analyze and resolve insurance claims disputes in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Monitor and update claim status in the system.
5. Identify and investigate fraudulent claims.
6. Research and compile data for claims reports.
7. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for claims documents.
8. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for correspondence and data entry.
9. Remain up to date on relevant insurance regulations and best practices.
10. Offer solutions to customers in order to resolve claims disputes.
