Claims Processor

MetLife is looking for an experienced Claims Processor to join our Claims team. This role involves processing new and existing claims according to established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a strong attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the insurance industry.The successful Claims Processor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and fellow team members, staying up-to-date on the latest claims policies and procedures, and accurately entering data into the system. Responsibilities:

• Process new and existing claims according to established policies and procedures

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and fellow team members • Stay up-to-date on the latest claims policies and procedures • Accurately enter data into the system • Monitor and track claim status and progress • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner • Investigate and resolve any customer complaints or discrepancies • Maintain an organized filing system and other administrative duties as assigned • Meet all departmental and company performance standards • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
