4. Utilize database software to track and document all claims information.
5. Maintain communication with customers throughout the claims process.
6. Ensure compliance with all MetLife policies and procedures related to claims processing.
7. Generate reports for management and provide detailed feedback on the claims process.
8. Identify potential areas of improvement in the claims process and recommend solutions.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to claims processing.
10. Liaise with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
