Job Description

Are you an experienced Claims Adjuster looking for a new opportunity to join a trusted and respected provider of insurance products? MetLife is currently seeking a Claims Adjuster to join our team.As a Claims Adjuster, you will work in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent customer service to our insureds by promptly and accurately resolving their claims. To be successful in this role, you must have strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a great attention to detail.The ideal candidate for this role will have at least two years of experience as a Claims Adjuster and a bachelor's degree in a related field. You must also have a valid driver's license, be organized and reliable, and possess excellent negotiation skills.If you think you have what it takes to join our team, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: • Review and assess customer claims to determine validity and eligibility for coverage • Investigate insurance claims to ensure accuracy and completeness of information • Negotiate settlement amounts with claimants and third parties • Monitor claims progress and provide updates to clients • Prepare claims reports and documentation for review by management • Maintain records of claims activities and outcomes • Follow applicable laws and industry regulations • Ensure that customer claims are handled in a timely and professional manner • Provide excellent customer service to insureds • Remain up-to-date on changes in the insurance industry and claims processing procedures
