Responsibilities:
- Investigate, evaluate, and process claims in accordance with company guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims and their corresponding documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants to ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies.
- Monitor and review claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Liaise with external parties such as attorneys, medical providers, and other professionals to resolve claims.
- Develop and implement new procedures for claims handling to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Remain up to date with industry trends and changes in the claims process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving their claims in a timely manner.
