- Review and analyze insurance claims to ensure accuracy and validity.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance agents, and other team members to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve complex or disputed claims.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim information and documentation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, when processing claims.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient claims processing.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing their concerns and answering any questions they may have.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve claim processing procedures.
- Identify and report any potential fraudulent claims.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure consistency and quality in claim processing.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Insurance.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Claims Examination, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Make Sound Decisions Based On Policy Guidelines And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Insurance Regulations And Industry Best Practices To Ensure Compliance And Accuracy In Claims Processing.
