1. Accurately and timely process and manage billing for clients' insurance and financial services accounts.

3. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any billing inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and underwriting, to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.
