- Develop and implement an executive recruiting strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Source, identify, and attract top executive-level candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Utilize innovative and creative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the role's requirements and responsibilities.
- Conduct thorough and effective candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit for the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiters and search firms to supplement the internal executive recruiting efforts.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the company and represent the organization in a positive and professional manner to potential candidates.
- Lead and manage the executive recruiting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success and development.
- Monitor and analyze key recruiting metrics to continuously improve and optimize the executive recruiting process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance the executive recruiting function.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new executive hires.
- Uphold the company's values and culture and ensure that all recruiting efforts are aligned with these values.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry events to build relationships and promote the company's employer brand.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and provide insights and recommendations to support their talent acquisition needs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the executive recruiting process to ensure it is efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Executive Recruiting, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Recruiters.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Candidate Assessment, And Negotiating Offers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Senior Leaders And Stakeholders.
