
AVP Audit Operations and Technology
MetLife is looking for an experienced AVP Audit Operations and Technology to join our team and help us continue to grow our business. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the overall audit technology strategy and operations. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the audit environment and lead the development and implementation of audit technology solutions.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, at least 10 years of audit experience, and 5 years of experience in audit operations and technology. You must also have a deep understanding of audit processes, as well as strong technical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall audit technology strategy and operations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the audit environment.
- Lead the development and implementation of audit technology solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to audit teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor audit technology performance and ensure compliance with audit standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of audit technology solutions.
- Analyze data and develop reports to measure audit performance, risk, and compliance.
- Lead and mentor the audit operations and technology team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in audit technology and operations.
