Job Description

At MetLife, we are looking for an enthusiastic Agile Product Management Associate, Employee Digital Servicing to join our Employee Digital Servicing team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about technology and product development in an agile environment. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team responsible for driving the product vision and strategy, supporting product development, and championing the customer experience.This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills to help us drive innovation and excellence in our digital product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product management, customer experience design, and agile development processes. The successful candidate must possess:- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in a product management role, preferably in an agile environment- Proven experience with customer insight and experience design- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment- A passion for technology and product development

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with team members to develop product vision and strategy that aligns with customer needs.
  2. Drive innovation and excellence in our digital product offerings.
  3. Identify customer needs through customer insights and experience design.
  4. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy.
  5. Collaborate with team members to develop product roadmaps and timelines.
  6. Manage product development and agile processes.
  7. Monitor product performance and adjust as needed.
  8. Provide clear communication and guidance to team members.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction with product offerings.
  10. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize product performance.
